Welcome to Kook Can Cook! A Bloodhounded blog

Hey, we started a new blog today, Kook Can Cook! Welcome to the world and please feel free to participate ( more on that later).

Those of you who know me as Bloodhounded pretty much know about our blog at CacheCrazy.Com. If your a newbie to me, I'll give you the quick version of my blog goal at CacheCrazy.Com and how it relates to Kook Can Cook.

Bloodhounded is my handle at Geocaching.com and my writing and Facebook name. My real name is Kevin Sullin. I live in Scranton, PA and I am the editor in chief of the world wide outdoor enthusiast blog CacheCrazy.Com. it's a Geocaching blog for the most part but we get into all type of outdoor adventures and fun. That was always my #1 goal of the blog, HAVE FUN!

The stats have grown tremendously since 2009 and we enjoy a large readership daily because the #2 goal is to post something everyday. "Something" can be everything from mountain biking to awesome geocaching adventures to awesome picture galleries to fun video to family fun days outdoors and yes, recipes. For some reason, they never seemed to fit the theme of the site. Those poor unused, excellent dishes that bring families and friends together and are tried and true.

Welcome, Kook Can Cook! Why kook? Why not? We're all a little kooky and when I get into the kitchen,
I'm at my kookiest! It screams fun! But, don't let the light hearted fun fool you, this is a serious cooking blog. Cooking done in kitchens just like yours with middle grade pans and no fancy lighting but the content should be awesome. And, I know there are more "kooks" like me out there and I'm going to find you, request a repost here and link back, a win/win situation. Hey, it works great at CacheCrazy why not apply the same method here, right?

Kooks can email me at Bloodhounded@gmail.com. send me your recipe, pictures and maybe your short story and I'll post your stuff at Kook's! If you have a food blog and want to syndicate, I can take care of the whole process and just need you to email me the link and your ok to post it and it's up on
Kook's and your notified of the schedule. We never intentionally promote or endorse any products so the blog stays 100% impartial to ingredients (unless specified by the author) so you don't have to worry about your post integrity and your protected under the Creative Commons Attribution (for whatever that's worth).

This is going to be a lot of FUN! We'll assemble a nice recipe database that will be searchable by key ingredients.

Join me and lets all live it up!
Kevin
